Nothing is as important when meditating as an upright and relaxed sitting posture. Our meditation bench made of solid ash wood helps meditators to adopt an upright posture that is gentle on the back.

The forward-sloping seat tilts the pelvis slightly forward, enabling a comfortable posture that keeps the spine in harmonious balance. At the same time, the abdominal area remains relaxed and the breath can flow freely.

Our meditation benches are made of solid local ash wood and firmly glued. The surfaces are finely sanded and oiled, and all edges are softly rounded.
The seat is 46 cm wide and 16 cm deep and tilted forward.
We offer the benches in two heights:
Option 1: Medium height 18.5 cm (front 17 cm, back 20 cm)
Option 2: Medium height 21.5 cm (front 20 cm, back 23 cm). On request, we can also shorten this height slightly.
