Nothing is as important in meditation as an upright and relaxed sitting. Our meditation bench made of solid ash wood supports the meditators with an upright and back-friendly attitude.
Due to the softly sloping seat surface, the pelvis is tilted slightly forwards, thus allowing for a comfortable posture which keeps the spine in a harmonious balance. At the same time, the abdomen is relaxed and the breath can flow freely.
All our meditation benches are made of solid ash wood. The surfaces are finely ground and oiled, all edges are softly rounded. We have waived all metal compounds.
The slanting seat with the dimensions 16 x 46 centimeters receives the meditation bench made of ash wood by its legs, the rear 20 and the front 17.5 centimeters high. The bank is delivered ready assembled
