The trivet is made of local beech wood. The natural oils emphasize the color of the wood and protect it from rapid silting. All corners and edges are smoothly rounded. The overall object can be divided into individual components and then used for several pots or larger casserole dishes. The curved design is timeless and the elements fit perfectly into each other. So they take do not take too much space in drawers or cabinets.
