Our breakfast boards are made of ash wood without glue joints. Ash wood is expressive textured, often with brown nuclear staining and it's especially hard. To protect against contamination and to emphasize the color of the wood, the boards are treated with an oil. If necessary, the boards can be treated with an edible oil. The drilling is intended as "egg cup" for the breakfast egg.
